These Terms

(“the Web site”). By accessing and using the Web site and accepting formal quotes,
the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal
notice. If the User does not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions,
the User may not access, distribute content & quotes obtained from the Web
site
ONSITE
CONSULTING and TRAINING
Individuals
and/or Companies must posses a full backup of all computer data before consultants
arrive on site - Please ask the consultant for assistance if required..
TM
SERVICES cannot be
held responsible for any loss or corruption of any computer data due to
power failures, viruses and faulty hardware.
TM
SERVICES is also
not responsible for data being incorrect or corrupt as a result of
a development error (Updates) in any program purchased.
Payment
is payable in advance by means of a Electronic Funds Transfer in order
to allocate a consultant for onsite training otherwise arranged by management.
In certain
cases TRAVEL
TIME will be charged due to Traffic problems and/or Long distances travelled decided once consultant returns
from site.
Telephone support is only available to clients whom
purchased software from TM Services and is limited to five minutes per incident
at which point a consultant will be allocated.
Telephonic support however do not
include Yearends, the basic principles of accounting and payroll codes -
courses are available in this regard.
SOFTWARE
& HARDWARE PURCHASES (STRICTLY NO REFUNDS)

Any Software
or Hardware purchased is payable in advance by means of a Electronic Funds
Transfer otherwise arranged by management.

TM Services
do not accept cheques
unless a 30
day account is in place. However, if a cheque payment is made
a seven working day clearance is required.

All software
and hardware promotions is limited to
one person/ one company only unless otherwise agreed by means of a formal quote.

All goods
sold without proof of payment remain the property of TM SERVICES until fully paid for. Overdue payments will be charged at
26% interest Per Annum.

All goods
returned without original packaging will be subject to a 20% handling
fee after 48 hours till a maximum of 14 days after original purchase
date.

Any Software or Hardware purchased for VPN solutions
(Networks) will
not be refunded as
ADSL bandwidths is not guaranteed.

Where signed orders are cancelled,
clients will pay all charges incurred by TM SERVICES arising due to supplier costs , delivery
charges , bank charges and admin charges.

All Software
packages which has either been installed, registered or activated will not
be exchanged however software can be upgraded to the appropriate version
.

Prices
on this web site and quotes sent via e-mail is subject to change without
notice.

Quickbooks and Sage Pastel software registrations process is handled by the another company and is out of our control

Formal
quotations are normally valid for 14 days otherwise stated on the quote
and are subject to currency fluctuations.
COURSE
POLICIES:
Seats are allocated on a first-come basis and bookings forms
must be accompanied by a proof of payment, Delegate name and quote number.
Cancellations are only accepted upon written notification
and confirmation from us at least 20 working days prior to the course
failing which a 20% cancellation will be levied.
Failure to cancel and/or reschedule 5 working days in advance,
will result in the full course fee being charged..
TM Services reserves the right to cancel any course OR move
the training venue should there be insufficient number of delegates booked
at that course.
COMPUTER
CABLING, CABINETS and ACCESSORIES:
A
deposit will be
required for any orders placed for the above product or service and is payable
by means of a Electronic Funds Transfer otherwise arranged by management.
This deposit
is used to purchase all materials required to proceed with the order and
is not refundable.
. No cheques will be accepted unless a 30
day account is in place. (Credit applications forms are available
on request and will take +/- two weeks to be approved)
Updating
of these Terms and Conditions
The Provider reserves
the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of
these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is the User’s obligation to
periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Web site for changes or
updates. The User’s continued use of this Web site following the posting of
changes or updates will be considered notice of the user’s acceptance to abide
by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
